FAQs

Do I have to use NWG for full management, or can I just get a lease written?

Neither. You can hire us for exactly what you need — a single lease, a tenant placement, or complete ongoing management. Many of our landlord clients started with a one-time lease and grew from there.

How do you handle tenants who stop paying rent?

We enforce late fees as written in the lease, pursue payment agreements for tenants in good standing, and handle eviction documentation and court coordination when necessary. We've managed cases through judgment — including working with the Sheriff's office for physical removal when required

What payment methods do you accept from tenants?

We accept personal check, cashier's check, money order, cash, and credit or debit card — all payable to NWG Property Management. Tenants can pay by mail or in person.

Are pets allowed in NWG properties?

Our standard lease does not allow pets, with the exception of trained service and assistance animals for disabled tenants as required by law. Any exceptions require prior written consent from the landlord.

How quickly can you fill a vacant unit

It depends on the property and market conditions, but our process typically moves from listing to signed lease within two to three weeks. We list on major rental platforms and handle showings promptly to minimize vacancy time.

Do you offer drone photography for my rental listing?

Yes — we have an FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot on staff. We offer aerial property photos, video walkthroughs, and property documentation for landlords and realtors across Jasper County. Contact us for a quote.
