With over 17 years of experience, we manage 20 properties and offer services including tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance management, and online rental applications. Our goal is to simplify the investment process and help our clients achieve their financial goals through effective property management.

Our Story
NWG Property Management was founded in 2006 in Reeds, Missouri — a small community in Jasper County — by Rich Nordell. What started as managing only a couple of local rental properties grew steadily into a full-service operation covering Carthage and the surrounding area.
We're not a corporate management company. There's no call center, no automated responses, no out-of-state ownership. When you call NWG, you talk to someone who lives nearby, knows the area, and handles your property personally
Over nearly two decades we've helped hundreds of tenants find quality rental homes and helped local landlords protect their investments — without the overhead of a large firm.

48-hour entry notice
We respect your home. Except in emergencies, we give tenants two days' notice before entering — no surprises.
Deposit returned within 15 days
After you vacate and return keys, we return your deposit or provide a detailed written itemization within 15 days.
Fair screening, consistent standards
Every applicant is reviewed by the same criteria. We don't make exceptions that put landlords or current tenants at risk.
Payment plans before eviction
When tenants face genuine hardship, we work through structured payment agreements first. Court is a last resort, not a first move.
